Yes, for specialized trades such as plumbing and electrical, we partner with trusted subcontractors who are fully licensed, insured, and have a strong track record working with us. That said, the majority of our work is completed in-house, and Creative Innovations remains fully accountable for the success and quality of every job site we manage.
Yes! We offer one complimentary written quote per customer as part of our standard policy. If you’re requesting an additional quote or need a formal estimate prior to opening a service ticket, a $50 administrative and consultation fee will apply. This fee must be paid before the quote is provided.
For larger projects, we do not provide multiple itemized quotes without an administrative fee for each version. While we’re happy to offer general estimates for planning purposes, any detailed documentation intended for insurance or third-party reimbursement is only available after payment of the consultation fee.
That said, if you're ready to move forward and choose to hire us during your consultation—by submitting a deposit to reserve your place on our schedule—the administrative fee will be waived.
